The collected personal recruitment data is controlled by Walki Group HR and the respective country HR organisations. The data is used for evaluating the recruitment applicant’s suitability for those open positions in Walki that they have named. Walki processes the recruitment data mainly electronically in HRIS. The legal basis for the processing is the consent given by the applicant. The applicant’s data is accessed by relevant Walki HR representatives and persons participating in the selection.
If the application is sent via HRIS the data will be stored according to national requirements of the location of the open position once the application process has ended. If the position has no location limitation the data will be stored according to Finnish regulations. The collected data will be destroyed automatically upon expiring.
Locally there may also be other channels for recruitment (e.g. local recruitment portal) which are not covered in this Privacy Policy.
